Volgens verscheidene bronnen zou er door Holly Marie Combs een spin-off van Charmed geschreven zijn.

LOS ANGELES — It seems after nearly three years in the dark, and two years on the drawing board, and one year of constant rumor all over Charmed message boards, a spin off for the nearly failed show has been written.
On May 2, 2008, television networks, ABC and FOX were given the written pilot which was written by Charmed alumni, Holly Marie Combs, who played Piper Halliwell.
The CW, television network has rejected the spin-off twice, and will no longer consider the possiblity of the show.
"We already have a show similiar to what Mrs. Combs has written, and it's called Supernatural." Stated Dawn Ostroff, CW President.
Supernatural debuted in 2005, on the CW Network, and currently one of their more popular shows.
No details have been released on Combs' pilot of the new Charmed Spinoff, but it seems ABC and FOX have both read the scripts and are in talks with her and her team.
It is possible that the show will air this fall around Halloween.
Charmed, 1998-2006, was a supernatural show about three sister witches and their batles with evil. It is currently running in syndication on TNT.

Momenteel is het enkel nog maar een gerucht, dit wil ik toch even benadrukken voor sommigen weer al te opgewonden raken.
Ik hoop ook dat het waar is maar ik heb een beetje mijn bedenkingen hierbij. De CW heeft het bijvoorbeeld al afgewezen en tegen halloween al on air gaan lijkt me heel sterk. Ik ben er verre van zeker van dat deze spin-off er komt, Holly was één van de acteurs die sowieso na het 8ste seizoen wou stoppen, en nu zou ze al een spin-off hebben geschreven? Ik weet het toch niet... Volgens mij zou het geen megahit worden, maar ik zou wel kijken hoor.
